- Court order issued by a judge or magistrate
- Document of suitability of applicant signed by Clerk of Court
Please note that for shorter vacations, court orders issued by a magistrate are acceptable. Longer stays may require the order to be issued by a judge. Please check with your local courthouse or phone a solicitor of your choosing.

In some cases children are permitted but must be under responsible adult supervision at all times.
Organised activities vary from location to location and may only be available seasonally. Please check with the establishment of your choice as all activities may not be available at all times. The responsibility at all times lies with the applicant. Please choose wisely. Please check with your solicitor or a barrister to ensure that you don't miss out due to an invalid selection not corresponding to the vacation of your choosing.
