What we have here is a series of short films for the web (or for local intranet or PC) each playable by clicking a link. This system could be utilised to display information on product use, employee task proceedures, music/video sample clips, even Flash and Shockwave games, or for a long film cut into chapters and viewed by selected chapter to minimise streaming/bandwidth botlenecks.
